Use what fits your business.

Some businesses only need a few simple tools. Others need deeper job management. I recommend what fits the way you work and what you want to spend.

Keep it simple

If a few straightforward tools do the job, that’s all I’ll recommend.

Need more job management?

If Jobber makes sense, I can set it up or clean up the account you already have.

Already have something that works?

Keep it. I work around good tools instead of replacing them just to start over.

Not sure what fits? That’s what the Free First Look is for.

What does it cost?

Fix one area or get the whole setup handled. You only pay for what your business actually needs.

Focused Setup

Usually $195–$295

One clear area handled.

  • Business phone setup: around $195
  • Quotes + payments setup: around $195
  • Google Business Profile cleanup: around $195
  • Straightforward Jobber setup or cleanup: often $195–$295

Smaller add-ons can start around $95 when added to other work.

Combined Setup

Usually $395–$695

A few important pieces handled together.

  • Business phone + quotes + payments: around $395–$445
  • New trade website: around $595
  • Website refresh: usually $395–$595
  • More involved Jobber setup, cleanup or connections can fall here

Full Setup

Usually $795–$1,295+

Get the main parts of the business working together.

A full setup can include:

  • Business phone
  • Google Business Profile
  • Website
  • Quotes + payments
  • Scheduling + job management
  • Contact form + review-request setup
  • Professional email

Most full solo-pro setups land around $1,195–$1,295. Lower-priced projects usually have some major pieces already in place.

No required monthly Pro Setup fee. Simple solo-pro setups are often about $15–$35/month in third-party tools. Jobber or other additional software may cost more. You’ll see every ongoing cost before work starts.

A little extra once you’re a client

Client-only wholesale printing

Paying Pro Setup clients can order common business printing through my wholesale suppliers at wholesale cost. You pay the printing, shipping and applicable tax. New artwork or design is separate.

Professional design, when you need it

Need a better logo, updated branding or professionally designed materials? Professional design services are available separately when you need them.

Questions owners usually ask first.

Do you work with businesses outside Michigan?

Yes. I work with trades nationwide and handle most setup remotely. If you’re in Metro Detroit and prefer to meet in person, we can do that when it makes sense.

What if I already have some of this?

Keep it if it works. I’m not here to replace good tools just because I can. I look for the gaps and recommend only what would actually make the business work better.

Why wouldn’t I just use Jobber?

You might. Jobber is a good fit when connected customer and job management would actually help. If it makes sense for your business, I can set it up. If a simpler setup does everything you need, I won’t make you pay for or learn more software than necessary.

What if I’m not good with technology?

That’s part of why I handle the setup. I configure and test it, then show you only what you actually need to use.

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

Smaller jobs are usually paid before I start. Larger projects can be split into payments when it makes sense. You’ll see the full project price and payment terms before any work begins.

Are there monthly software costs?

Sometimes. Simple setups are often inexpensive, while Jobber or other additional software can cost more. There is no required monthly Pro Setup fee, and you’ll know the ongoing costs before approving the work.
