I’m Wes Robertson. I built The Pro Setup after years in business operations, real estate, and renovation, finding where work gets stuck and how to fix it.
The work was usually good. The business side just did not show it.
Experience built around practical problem-solving.
I’ve worked in business operations since 2009 and in real estate and renovation since 2011. I’ve built and led teams responsible for more than 250 home renovations and sales in a single year, and I hold an MBA from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Working with larger operations taught me that a small business usually does not need more software or more complexity. It needs the few right pieces working well together. That is the approach I bring to The Pro Setup.
Good work should be easier to hire.
